Shipping policy

All orders for in stock items are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped with included tracking number and carrier information. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on your location and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on your location and displayed at checkout.

Please allow 8-20 days to receive your item(s) from the shipped date. 

 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lady Splendor Clothing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and are your responsibility as the customer.

PREORDERS: Please allow 5-6 weeks from the date you placed your order to receive your preorder. Timeframe may vary depending on the specific item or collection you are preordering.  International customers, please allow 5-6 weeks for your preorder to ship; it will then take an additional 8-20 days from the time your order shipped to receive your order.
