Return & Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your items for an exchange for another size or style, or can request store credit. Returned items must be in unworn condition. Due to the specialty items we offer, and costs incurred, our store will not issue refunds.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original condition.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Please send us an email at ladysplendorclothing@gmail.com
- In your email, please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Include a brief description for the reason for your return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
- Once items have been received and inspected, if item(s) are in unworn condition, your exchange will be processed or store credit issued.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If it is determined the returned item(s) have visible signs of wear or use an exchange or store credit will not be issued. The item(s) will be sent back at the customer's expense.
- Please allow 14 days processing time for returns/exchanges, from the date your return request has been received.

REFUNDS
No refunds will be issued. We offer only exchanges or store credit.
